My belt malfunctioned, what can I do?

If your belt malfunctions, you may be eligible for a replacement within 30 days of your belt being delivered. We cannot grant replacements for belt malfunctions after 30 days due to the varying levels of intensity used with our high-performance fitness belt. Visual evidence of the malfunction along with your order number, email address, and full name can be sent to support@jsculptfitness.com and will be forwarded to our Quality Control team for review.
