Refund Policy

We have updated our refund policy to reflect the ever changing needs of our customers during this time. All customers are eligible for a full refund if your order has not been processed for shipment. Orders that have been processed for shipment no further changes/adjustments can be made. 
Customers are also eligible for an exchange if there is an issue with your order. exchanges for a different size are available within 14 days of shipping date. All accessory orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Please measure your waist, use our interactive sizing guide, read our disclosures/FAQs prior to making a purchase, and email us at support@jsculptfitness.com with any questions prior to making a purchase.
Exchanges are only accepted within fourteen days from the ship date. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and with original tags attached.

To process your exchange you will be responsible for shipping costs which cover the cost of both a return shipping label plus the shipment of a new belt.

Exchanges can take up to 21 business days from the time our warehouse receives the exchange and approves your product for restock.
 
All accessories are FINAL SALE and are exempt from being exchanged, such as the DRENCHED sweat cream, digital downloads, the SCULPT adjustable resistance band, and band set.
 
These accessories are identified on the website and during the ordering process as being non-returnable.
