Refund Policy

Please read our refund/exchange process prior to making your purchase. Please read our terms and conditions prior to purchase. Please note, finalizing your purchase means you have read and agreed to our terms and conditions in addition to our refund and exchange process.  
 
Refunds: 
 
All customers are eligible for a full refund if your order has not been packed for shipment. Your order can only be fully refunded if your order has not been packed for shipping. If your order has been packed for shipping you do not qualify for a full refund but your order is eligible for an exchange. 
 
Packed orders are those that have been processed and labeled at our warehouse. Orders that have been processed and labeled for shipment no further changes or adjustments can be made to the shipment or order. 
 
*Our warehouse processes shipments every 30 minutes. Although we attempt to assist our customers in changes please be aware that we are assisting other customers at your time of purchase and may not be able to process your request even if you have emailed us immediately after purchase. This means, your order may be processed for shipping before we have the opportunity to read your email. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing choices, incorrect shipping information or email at the time of purchase* 
 
If you have requested and your order has not been packed your request can take up to 48 hours to process based on current customer volume. 
 
Exchanges: 
 
Customers are eligible for one (1) exchange if there is an issue with your order upon arrival. 
 
Exchanges for a different size is available within 14 days of the shipping arrival date. 
 
Exchanges are only accepted within fourteen days from the shipping arrival date. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, in the same condition that you received it with all original tags attached.

HOW OUR EXCHANGE PROCESS WORKS: 
 
*JSCULPT will provide a complimentary shipping label to ship your exchange belt back to our warehouse. If your exchange is approved a link will be sent to you to cover the cost of your return label. The cost of the shipping label is 10.00 and is solely used for the cost of the return shipping label.

 

  • Submit your exchange in our exchange portal.
  • Print your complimentary return label and ship your belt back in it’s original condition to the carrier identified on the return shipping label.
  • After your eligible exchange item is returned and inspected, if approved you will receive a payment link to your email through STRIPE for the label that will be used to ship your new order to you. 

    Failure to process your return shipping label (Example: not covering the cost of the return label) could result in delay and return of the original product to sender. 

 Labels used to ship your belt back are unique to JSCULPT’s return center database. Using our labels allow us to track your return belt. We do not accept exchanges using outside shipping labels. Failure to use our shipping label will result in your order being marked as “Returned To Sender” upon arrival to our warehouse. We are not responsible for exchange belts lost, stolen or damaged in transit with non-JSCULPT labels.

Exchanges can take up to 21 business days from the time our warehouse receives the exchange and approves your product for restock.
 

All accessories are FINAL SALE and are exempt from being exchanged, such as the DRENCHED sweat cream, digital downloads, the SCULPT adjustable resistance band, and band set.
 
These accessories are identified on the website and during the ordering process as being non-returnable/non-refundable.
