Returns

RETURNS POLICY

Apparel products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Products must be unworn and unwashed. We will physically inspect each return and we reserve the right to refuse an item if it does not pass inspection. For an exchange to pass inspection, the item that you are returning should be in new condition and inside the original packaging. Exchanges should show no signs of wear, odors, stains (glitters, oils, etc.) and no dampness from sweat or otherwise. When your exchange is approved, you will receive an invoice for the return shipping and once your invoice is paid, your replacement item will be shipped. If the exchange is denied, you will be responsible for the cost of having the item shipped back to you.

Exchanges are currently available in the United States and Canada and must be done within 30 days of receiving your apparel purchase order.

If an item is marked as Final Sale, this item is non-returnable.

We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.

Returns registered separately cannot be returned as one, even if they are from the same order. Combining registered returns will slow down the refund process!

Anything accidentally or incorrectly returned our way (that’s not a JSCULPT item) will be the responsibility of the sender, not JSCULPT.
