My belt malfunctioned, what can I do?

If your belt malfunctions, you may be eligible for a replacement within 30 days of your belt being delivered. We cannot grant replacements for belt malfunctions after 30 days due to the varying levels of intensity used with our high-performance fitness belt. Visual evidence of the malfunction along with your order number, email address, and full name can be sent to and will be forwarded to our Quality Control team for review.
