How do I exchange my order?

Exchanges are available within seven days of delivery. Please email the exchanges team at exchanges@jsculptfitness.com for assistance. ***PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR BELT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE CONFIRMATION FROM THE EXCHANGES TEAM.

Can I change my size?

We do not offer size changes after purchase but would be happy to offer you an exchange within seven days of your belt being delivered.

Can I change my address?

We do not offer address changes after purchase, however, once you receive your tracking number you can contact the USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777 and have your package rerouted. Please note: If your package is returned to our Cicero, IL warehouse because of the address error, you must pay for return shipping costs before your package can be resent to the corrected address.
